This equipment is primarily composed of a transverse conveyor, a rotating loading system, a feed-in conveyor, a CNC feed-in carriage, a punching module, a marking module, an cutting module, and an unloading conveyor— as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, among other component parts.
Product Features:
1. It employs CNC technology and servo motor-driven feeding, delivering high operational efficiency and consistent workpiece precision. All key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are of imported origin.
2. Each side is equipped with three sets of punches and dies, which can accommodate three types of punches with different diameters. Controlled by a PLC, the three sets of molds can move synchronously to adjust the punching reference mark.
3. The computer features a Chinese/English interface, enabling user-friendly operation, and supports workpiece drawing display. Programming is simplified, and the equipment can directly utilize program data generated by lofting software. When editing a program, only the workpiece size, hole diameter, reference mark, and workpiece quantity need to be input.
4. The CNC feed carriage is driven by a servo motor, with a photoelectric encoder providing feedback information. Closed-loop control is adopted to ensure high positioning precision.
5. Marking, punching, and shearing processes are fully automated. All finished angle steel components can be unloaded via a pneumatic flipping device, reducing labor intensity.
6. The control system is composed of a host computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC, and external detection sensors, among other components. Processing operations are initiated simply by inputting workpiece dimensions. Additionally, programs can be stored, selected, displayed, and transmitted according to workpiece numbers.
7. The marking unit adopts a closed-frame structure, ensuring excellent rigidity. Four groups of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit, which can be selected via program control. The marking reference mark can be set arbitrarily. The cylinders for punching, marking, and shearing are of larger specifications; the NC carriage is an upgraded, more robust model; and the clamps feature enhanced structural strength.
