1. The production line features an automated loading system, comprising a horizontal feeding channel and a rotating loading rack, as well as an automatic unloading system and feeding mechanism. All drilling and steel stamping operations on the angle steel are efficiently integrated into a single, continuous process. The entire workflow is fully automated, removing the need for manual intervention and considerably reducing operator labor intensity.

2. The drilling spindle is fitted with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (featuring internal coolant), ensuring exceptional drilling efficiency and accuracy. The drilling unit is equipped with six CNC drilling heads, three on each side of the angle steel. The corresponding heads on both sides are capable of simultaneously drilling holes of the same diameter and at identical intervals from the upper ends of the angle steel wings.

3. The software is equipped with a bilingual Chinese/English interface, ensuring user-friendly operation and the clear display of workpiece drawings.
4. The programming process is simple and efficient; users only need to input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and quantity to generate the program. Additionally, CAD/CAM lofting software can be used for direct file conversion. The system is fully compatible with NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
