Product Features
1. The control system is fully integrated with the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, coupled with servo motor-driven feeding mechanisms. This setup ensures exceptional operational efficiency while maintaining consistent precision throughout the processing of each workpiece.
2. A servo-driven central alignment mechanism is installed on the feeding support roller, allowing for the efficient processing of plates with diverse cross-sectional profiles and compensating for height variations ranging from 0 to 200mm.
3. The system is designed to accommodate up to 25 molds of varying diameters, offering a fast and user-friendly mold installation process.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are fully automated, significantly reducing labor demands and enhancing operational efficiency.
5. Waste materials are automatically expelled and collected, ensuring a seamless and efficient production workflow.
6. The automated programming software enables the direct import of graphics from AUTOCAD or .DXF files generated by other CAD software. Equipped with an intuitive human-machine interface, it facilitates the automatic creation of machine tool processing programs, thereby reducing processing time and minimizing the risk of errors.
