Product Features:
1. The material feeding system utilizes a CNC-controlled clamping carriage with servo-driven positioning, providing rapid feeding speed and exceptional positioning accuracy throughout the machining process.
2. Three high-speed BT40 precision spindles are configured to simultaneously machine the three faces of H-beams. The spindles support internal coolant carbide drilling with rotational speeds of up to 3,000 rpm, ensuring superior drilling efficiency, excellent hole quality, and efficient chip evacuation through an integrated chain-type chip conveyor.
3. The cooling system adopts an advanced mist lubrication technology supporting both internal and external cooling. Each spindle unit is equipped with an independent external spray nozzle and an internal coolant interface, allowing operators to select internal cooling, external cooling, or combined operation according to specific machining requirements.
4. An optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system is available to perform automatic tool replacement without manual intervention, significantly reducing downtime and improving overall production efficiency.
5. An optional hydraulic CNC disc marking system can be integrated. Driven by a servo motor, the marking disc rapidly selects from up to 36 different characters, providing fast, accurate, and consistent identification marking.
6. Automatic scribing and tapping functions replace conventional manual layout procedures. The scribing system accurately marks welding reference lines on H-beam flanges and webs, while the tapping function performs threaded hole machining directly on structural members, improving both production efficiency and machining precision.
